Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years payroll processing experience
- Sage 300 (Sage VIP People) Certification essential
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Sound knowledge of labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, and PAYE/SARS)
- Strong numeracy, communication, and time management skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing across the business
- Apply for tax directives and handle statutory submissions (PAYE, UIF, and SDL)
