Procurement & Supply Chain Manager (Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement and sourcing strategies.
- Manage local and international suppliers and supplier performance.
- Drive cost savings, contract management and procurement governance.
- Optimise inventory planning, replenishment and stock availability.
- Reduce excess and obsolete inventory.
- Improve procurement and supply chain processes and ERP utilisation.
- Monitor key KPIs including OTIF, inventory turns, service levels and logistics performance.
- Lead and develop procurement, inventory, logistics and warehouse teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Finance and Operations to support business objectives.
- Work with international suppliers and global manufacturing facilities.
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Commerce or related field.
- 8 years or more experience in procurement and supply chain management.
- 5 years or more management experience.
- Proven experience in procurement, inventory and supplier management.
- Strong ERP experience with process optimisation and business improvement.
- Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical/engineering product environment experience.
- Multinational or global supply chain experience.
- International sourcing, imports and supplier management experience.
