About the Role
We are seeking an Assurance Manager to lead audit engagements, maintain audit quality, manage client relationships, and develop our audit teams.
Salary: Market-related
Minimum Requirements- Completed SAICA articles
- At least two years direct supervisory or management experience
- CA(SA) qualification or equivalent preferred, but not required
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, IFRS for SMEs, ISA, the Companies Act and tax regulations
- Practical external audit experience
- Advanced MS Excel and Word proficiency
- Inflo and DraftWorx experience advantageous
- Ability to travel nationally and work overtime when required
- Lead multiple audit engagements, including planning, resource allocation and delivery.
- Oversee audit quality and the preparation and review of financial statements.
- Resolve operational issues and act as a key client contact.
- Strengthen client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Mentor and develop audit teams.
- Oversee portfolio profitability, working capital and billing.
- Manage staff allocation and compliance with internal processes.
