The purpose of this role is to achieve set targets and maximize turnover, sales, profitability, and growth. The main focus areas involve cold calling and canvassing for new business via the phone while building on the existing customer base. This position contributes to the business by expanding its market reach and securing revenue.

• Sell the company's products via cold calling and canvassing for new business via the phone.
• Build on the existing customer base to maximize turnover and sales.
• Achieve set targets and contribute to the profitability and growth of the business.
• Engage customers in conversation using patience and sales ability.
• Utilize product and market knowledge to facilitate sales.
• Work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Maintain a professional work standard and ensure punctuality.
• Use relevant computer software including SAP, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and social media.
