Sales and Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• New business development targeting corporate clients
• Achieve sales targets through B2B sales and relationship management
• Build and manage a sales pipeline aligned to growth objectives
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within international travel and forex
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
• Commission earned on new business generated

• Develop and implement sales‑driven marketing strategies
• Execute digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, social media, online platforms)
• Drive lead generation supporting the sales funnel
• Develop and manage marketing content for campaigns, newsletters, website and social platforms
• Analyse marketing performance, ROI, competitor activity and market trends
• Manage the marketing budget
• Coordinate client events and engagement initiatives

• Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Finance or related field
• Valid drivers licence (essential)
• 35 years experience in sales and marketing
• Experience in financial services preferred
• Forex / foreign exchange experience highly advantageous
• Travel agency experience with exposure to forex will be considered
• Proven business development and sales target achievement
• Strong digital marketing and online communication experience
• Corporate relationship management
