About the role
This role supports the growth side of the business. You help the company find new opportunities, manage potential clients, and support senior managers with sales, marketing, and admin. Its a mix of research, communication, coordination, and reporting.
Responsibilities- Prospecting & Research: Identify potential clients, investors, and partners through market research to fuel the sales pipeline.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between potential clients and senior managers, maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM software (Kadima & WebFin).
- Administrative Coordination: Arrange meetings, manage calendars, and ensure compliance with company policies regarding client on boarding and contract management.
- Marketing & Events: Support marketing campaigns, attend industry events, and assist with conferences to enhance brand visibility.
- Reporting: Compile data on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to deliver weekly/monthly reports.
- South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
- Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
- Matric.
