Responsibilities:
- Preparation and submission of required CIPC documents in respect of amendments to clients' company structure
- Statutory Duties, Annual Returns, CIPC records, record of minute books, record of resolutions, preparation of minutes / resolutions
- Up-keeping of electronic share registers
- Prepare and plan agenda and preparation and distribution of board packs, attend meetings, drafting of minutes, recording of attendance register
- Keep up to date on developments in Companies Act, regulations, King IV and CIPC requirements
- Filing CIPC documents
- Maintain records of clients' documents
- Filing and scanning safe-custody documents (signed minutes, resolutions, agreements)
- Prepare relevant invoices for payment
- Trust registrations
- Amendments to Trustees / Beneficiaries / Trust Deed
- Ad hoc registrations
