Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality Management with a strong financial focus.
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Cost Controller, ideally within a luxury hospitality, food & beverage, or retail sector.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory control, purchasing procedures, and cost analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in stock management software and accounting systems.
- Proven ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective controls.
