Requirements:- 510 years'' experience in hospitality or restaurant operations
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Computer literacy
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Analyse sales, costs, and KPIs to improve performance
- Drive profitability and operational efficiency
- Oversee stock control, supplier relationships, and asset management
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets
- Oversee reporting, administration, and compliance
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained
- Build strong relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders
