Duties & Responsibilities- Capture, process, and reconcile supplier invoices and purchase orders.
- Capturing and scanning of supplier invoices.
- Capture and scan Fleet Card statements.
- Reconcile associates trial balances.
- Credit applications and documentation requests for new suppliers.
- Submit weekly and monthly requisitions.
- Prepares and update monthly VAT Plan.
- General filing and administration.
- Assist with the collation, preparation and submission of timesheets and related payroll reports.
- Support audits as required and assisting the finance team as required.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Accounting Diploma/Banking Certificate
- Proficient in Sage and Excel
- 3-5 Years Experience in a similar role
