Duties & Responsibilities
  • Capture, process, and reconcile supplier invoices and purchase orders.
  • Capturing and scanning of supplier invoices.
  • Capture and scan Fleet Card statements.
  • Reconcile associates trial balances.
  • Credit applications and documentation requests for new suppliers.
  • Submit weekly and monthly requisitions.
  • Prepares and update monthly VAT Plan.
  • General filing and administration.
  • Assist with the collation, preparation and submission of timesheets and related payroll reports.
  • Support audits as required and assisting the finance team as required.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

  • Accounting Diploma/Banking Certificate
  • Proficient in Sage and Excel
  • 3-5 Years Experience in a similar role
