Requirements
- Technical qualification or Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in an industrial engineering or manufacturing environment (internship or work experience included)
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and SPC; CAD experience (advantageous)
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles (beneficial)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to perform under pressure
- Analyse production data, workflows and equipment efficiency to improve quality and reduce operational costs
- Develop and maintain quality control (QC) procedures, inspection methods and testing standards
- Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor process capability and product reliability
- Investigate quality issues and non-conformances, performing root cause analysis through to corrective action implementation
- Drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping
- Create and maintain SOPs, engineering documentation and quality control standards
