Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Drive business growth through hardware sales (tools) and paint sales (automotive and industrial).
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships in the retail space.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide training, mentorship, and support to the sales team.
- Ensure profitability and sustainable growth through effective sales management.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Sales Manager within the hardware/buildware industry.
- Strong knowledge and experience in hardware sales (tools).
- Knowledge of paint sales automotive and industrial.
- Retail sales knowledge is essential.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-driven, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Based in George or willing to relocate.
