They are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their Head Office team in Sandton, where you will play a key role in driving cross-functional improvement initiatives across finance, operations, and trading environments.
This role places you at the intersection of business and technology, supporting ERP enhancements, process optimisation, and transformation initiatives that directly influence how the organisation performs.
You will be involved in system analysis, testing, solution delivery, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse, define, and document business and system requirements
- Identify inefficiencies and drive process optimisation and automation initiatives
- Support ERP system enhancements, upgrades, and solution implementations
- Coordinate and execute SIT, UAT, testing cycles, and defect resolution
- Engage with stakeholders, users, and vendors to deliver effective solutions
- Support training delivery and provide ongoing system user support
- Contribute to project delivery including planning, risk, and timeline management
- Enhance reporting capability, system usage, and operational performance
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline
- 3 to 5 years experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong ERP experience (K8, Kerridge or Syspro advantageous)
- Exposure to financial systems, reporting, or data-driven environments
- Experience within manufacturing, wholesale, retail, or distribution industries
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and system design
- Knowledge of project methodologies and system implementation practices
- Experience with digital transformation, ERP upgrades, or automation projects advantageous
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
