BI ANALYST

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare talent management reports for Board, Exco, and Human Capital Manco.
- Compile and analyse HR metrics, dashboards, and transformation data to identify trends and risks.
- Conduct benchmark analysis for remuneration, LTIs, and non-financial HR metrics.
- Prepare Employment Equity submissions, track EE performance, and manage related reporting.
- Support sourcing for senior and executive-level positions, conduct stay discussions and exit interviews.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and manage correspondence for the Executive Director: Human Capital & Transformation.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelors degree in Economic Science, Mathematical Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Human Capital analytics and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to collect, compile, and analyse HR data to inform decisions.
- Experience with HRIS systems, payroll data, and HR reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
- Strong project management skills, stakeholder engagement ability, and attention to detail.
- Understanding of EE, BEE scorecard, and compliance reporting requirements.
