Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare talent management reports for Board, Exco, and Human Capital Manco.
  • Compile and analyse HR metrics, dashboards, and transformation data to identify trends and risks.
  • Conduct benchmark analysis for remuneration, LTIs, and non-financial HR metrics.
  • Prepare Employment Equity submissions, track EE performance, and manage related reporting.
  • Support sourcing for senior and executive-level positions, conduct stay discussions and exit interviews.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and manage correspondence for the Executive Director: Human Capital & Transformation.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Economic Science, Mathematical Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Human Capital analytics and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to collect, compile, and analyse HR data to inform decisions.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, payroll data, and HR reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
  • Strong project management skills, stakeholder engagement ability, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of EE, BEE scorecard, and compliance reporting requirements.
