Packing Plant Supervisor

• Location: Nasrec, Johannesburg
• Salary: R16 500 to R20 000 per month

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Packing Plant Supervisor to oversee daily production and packaging operations at a busy FMCG site in Nasrec. In this hands-on role, you will manage a team, ensure consistent product quality, and maintain the highest safety and hygiene standards.

Job duties:

• Lead and supervise daily packing operations to achieve production targets.
• Maintain quality, safety, and efficiency across all production lines.
• Motivate and train your team to perform at their best.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise performance.
• Monitor workflow, stock usage, and machine efficiency.

Requirements:

• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong people leadership and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, organisational ability, and commitment to quality.
