Requirements:

BEng/BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
Food/FMCG manufacturing, with at least 3+ years in senior plant management
Experience in mechanical design, commissioning, and project execution
Proven knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
Afrikaans first language
Maintenance, projects, production, health & safety, and quality & compliance
Maintenance & Projects Oversee maintenance programs, technical procurement, and equipment installations
Production Excellence Ensure that cost, quality, and output targets are met with strict adherence to SOPs and product specifications
Quality & Compliance Uphold certifications, enforce SOPs, and maintain top product standards
