IT Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of data products and ML solutions, from design through to production support.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog in collaboration with business stakeholders and Product Owners.
- Coordinate delivery across DataCo, IT, Operating Companies (OpCos) and third-party vendors.
- Ensure successful release planning and deployment of solutions aligned to DataCo's commercial and monetisation strategy.
- Monitor delivery progress, manage risks and dependencies, and resolve delivery issues.
- Drive continuous improvement and promote Agile best practices within the squad.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 58 years' experience in IT project or Agile delivery management.
- Experience delivering data, analytics or machine learning solutions.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
- Scrum Master, Agile or Project Management certification is advantageous.
