Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing the full debtors function, including invoicing, allocations, and reconciliations
- Following up on outstanding accounts and ensuring timely collections
- Preparing monthly debtors age analysis and reports
- Processing accounting transactions up to trial balance
- Assisting with monthly management accounts
- Capturing and reconciling bank statements
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with audits and year-end processes
- General accounting and administrative support to the finance team
- Degree and/or Diploma in Accounting or Finance
- 13 years relevant accounting or debtors control experience
- Proficient in Sage Evolution and Pastel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
