Production Planner

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain production plans based on customer demand, capacity, and material availability.
- Create, release, and monitor production orders within SAP.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Sales, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production progress and proactively address delays, shortages, and capacity constraints.
- Manage material planning, inventory levels, and MRP requirements.
- Identify bottlenecks and support capacity planning initiatives.
- Maintain accurate planning data and generate production and inventory reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning accuracy, inventory optimization, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Support quality, safety, and compliance requirements within the manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Production Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 35 years' experience in a manufacturing planning environment.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Proven experience in production planning, material planning, and inventory management.
