Research Nurse

␠What you bring:

• Qualification in General Nursing (Certificate/Diploma/Degree)
• 2 - 5 years experience in clinical research
• Strong Computer literacy
• Valid Drivers License (essential)
• Fluency in English and isiXhosa

This isnt just clinical work; youll be part of research that advances the understanding allergies and immune-related diseases, improves treatment approaches for real patients and combines science, care, and community engagement

🎯 What youll own:

• Coordinating and managing study participants
• Screening and enrolling participants into clinical studies
• Scheduling and conducting follow-ups (clinic, telephonic, and community visits)
• Performing clinical procedures (vitals, ECGs, specimen collection, phlebotomy, IV lines)
• Preparing and managing laboratory samples and study documentation
• Maintaining accurate and compliant study records and logs
• Supporting research activities across multiple clinical sites
• Working closely with clinical staff, researchers, and stakeholders

📍 Role Information:

• Fixed Term Contract (12 Months)
• Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week
• Based in Masiphumelele, with work across multiple sites
