Salary: R35 000 - R37 000 plus commission (quarterly). UK hours with potential US hours.

The Role: Recruitment Consultant (Delivery)
The Recruitment Consultant (Delivery) exists to support the recruitment process and deliver candidates to key client accounts. The role contributes to the business by sourcing and managing talent across multiple international markets to meet team targets.The main focus areas include candidate screening, relationship building, and coordinating the end-to-end delivery process for senior consultants.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize 2-4 years of recruitment experience to source and screen candidates for international roles.
- Support high-value permanent hires within the United States and Europe.
- Deliver candidates for roles in Chemical Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Green Energy, and Mining.
- Manage the candidate journey by writing adverts, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain accurate candidate records to ensure high levels of service delivery.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to fulfill requirements for live roles and client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency environment.
- Previous experience in engineering recruitment.
- Proven candidate management and sourcing skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Proactive and driven individual eager to develop into a full 360 consultant role.
- Interest in a delivery-focused position initially.
- Experience in Chemical Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Green Energy, or Mining sectors.
