Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full finance function within a highâvolume operational environment
- Lead and manage finance teams across multiple store locations
- Ensure strong financial controls, stock management accuracy, and transactional integrity
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Drive process improvements and support operational decisionâmaking
Requirements:
- BCom Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Management experience within a retail or stock-focused environment
- Exposure to highâtransaction, multi-store operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
