- Matric
- Minimum 3 years experience in a bottle store or supermarket management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work on a rotating 7-day schedule (with one week on, one week off)
- Mature, responsible, and professional approach
