Junior Accountant

Our client, a well-established business within the hospitality and events sector, is looking for a Junior Accountant to join their growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on exposure to the full finance function while working in a vibrant environment where every day brings something new.

• Assist with the full accounting function
• Process journals and general ledger entries
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
• Support month-end reporting and reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Assist with VAT, compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Provide day-to-day finance and administrative support

• Relevant Accounting qualification
• 13 years' accounting experience
• Exposure to the full finance function is beneficial
• Hospitality, hotel, events, or similar industry experience is an advantage
• Strong Excel, reconciliation, and financial reporting skills
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and communication skills
