We’re seeking a visionary Growth / Business Development Executive to lead a high-performing division within a leading fintech organisation. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep commercial acumen, proven leadership in sales and marketing, and the ability to deliver sustainable revenue growth across Africa.

  • Executive-level strategy and decision-making
  • Revenue growth through client acquisition and retention
  • Leadership of sales, marketing, and account management teams

Ideal candidate profile:

  • 10+ years in business development, with 5+ in senior leadership
  • Strong track record in fintech, payments, telecoms, or B2B tech
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and team-building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification advantageous
