We’re seeking a visionary Growth / Business Development Executive to lead a high-performing division within a leading fintech organisation. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep commercial acumen, proven leadership in sales and marketing, and the ability to deliver sustainable revenue growth across Africa.
Key focus areas:
- Executive-level strategy and decision-making
- Revenue growth through client acquisition and retention
- Leadership of sales, marketing, and account management teams
- Brand positioning and market expansion
- Stakeholder engagement and industry representation
Ideal candidate profile:
- 10+ years in business development, with 5+ in senior leadership
- Strong track record in fintech, payments, telecoms, or B2B tech
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and team-building skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Postgraduate qualification advantageous
