About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Talent & Resourcing Manager to lead and oversee the organisation's talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and talent development strategies. Reporting to the HR Director, the successful candidate, who will be based in Centurion, will be instrumental in building both internal and external talent capacity to meet the current and future capability requirements of the iZi Group, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent in line with company policies and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Policy: Develop and implement the Talent and Resourcing Strategy, policies, and procedures, including frameworks for organisational design, job evaluation, and workforce planning.
- Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for centralised roles, ensuring efficient, cost-effective sourcing and effective relationship management with service providers and line management.
- Talent Management & Succession: Manage and integrate talent and succession planning outcomes to support career progression and build a strong, diverse leadership pipeline, especially for scarce and critical business areas within the iZi Group.
- Performance Management: Lead the effective management of the Performance Management System, partnering with leadership to design and implement business-aligned performance frameworks, translating KPAs into SMART KPIs, and building managerial capability for effective reviews.
- Hiring Manager Capability: Train and coach line managers on Talent and Resourcing policies, procedures, and processes, developing their interviewing skills and ensuring all interactions enhance the groups reputation.
- Employee Value Proposition (EVP): Enhance and communicate the EVP to strengthen employer branding, promote the iZi Group brand effectively across all media channels, and participate in relevant industry events.
- Employee Management: Monitor and address performance levels, apply consistent disciplinary action, and ensure continuous vetting compliance and adherence to HR Core Standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualification: Grade 12 and a relevant tertiary qualification.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in resourcing, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in managing recruitment processes (all levels) within a matrix organisation.
- Experience in working in a hybrid model and a proven track record in building talent pipelines and developing policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in digital platforms and other HR systems.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance objectives and experience in leading and executing HR Projects.
