Diploma OR Certificate in Accounting or BookkeepingMinimum 5 years invoicing experience
SAP Accounting System experience essential
Understanding of revenue recognition principles
Knowledge of SARS VAT regulations
Valid Drivers Licence
Responsibilities
Generate and process customer invoices accurately and timeouslyValidate pricing, VAT, customer information and supporting documentation
Process credit notes and resolve invoicing discrepancies
Reconcile invoices against sales orders and delivery records
Assist with month-end revenue reporting and reconciliations
Ensure compliance with company policies and VAT requirements
Support audit requests and internal reporting
