Sales Consultant (New Sales – Cyber Security)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Proactively identify and target new clients
  • Conduct professional presentations and demos
  • Generate and qualify leads
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and deliver accurate forecasts
  • Client Handover & Collaboration:
  • Successfully transition signed clients to the Operations Department for ongoing service delivery.
  • Provide detailed notes, requirements, and technical handovers to support delivery.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.
  • Technical & Product Knowledge:
  • Develop a strong understanding of company services and products
  • Ability to answer basic technical questions on solutions
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings within IT
  • Reporting & Administration:
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, leads and opportunities
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales activity and performance reports
  • Achieve and exceed defined sales targets (monthly / quarterly)
