Accounts Clerk

• Capture all daily financial transactions into the accounting system.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Process all supplier invoices and prepare the weekly payment runs.
• Issue invoices to clients and follow up on all outstanding payments.
• Assist the finance team with VAT preparation and tax compliance.

• Grade 12 with a pass in Mathematics or Accounting.
• Relevant Diploma in Bookkeeping or Finance.

• Work experience in a full-function bookkeeping role is required.
• Proven ability to reach a clean trial balance is necessary.
• Experience using modern cloud-based accounting software for business.
• Solid understanding of South African VAT laws and bookkeeping.
• History of maintaining accuracy under strict deadline pressure.
