Duties:

• Go to potential new clients to access and audit current environment to make sure take over has the right info and suggest correct solutions
• Visit current clients to implement new systems or improve on current systems
• Optimizing current systems with but not limited to scripting and automation
• High tier troubleshooting on but limited to server, firewalls, network & Office 365
• Diagnosis and fault finding
