JOB SUMMARY STATEMENT: Manage, Supervise and execute the operational functions and

• Determine customer needs and effectively market service capabilities, including installation

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers
• Forecast and report on annual, monthly and weekly opportunities utilising the company CRM

• Interface with all sales consultants on sales and service opportunities to ensure sound relationship

• Set annual order intake targets through interaction with all sales consultants and customers on

• Active participation in Site Walkdowns to determine gather exact information on installed base and

• Interface with Sales Consultants to produce and maintain an accurate STO

• Determine own and all team members skills and training requirements and facilitate effective

• Ensure that the quality system required for the repair process is implemented, adhered to and

• Grade 12
• Trade test (Instrumentation) and/or National Diploma (Instrumentation)
• Supervisory Certification (Advantageous)

• 3 5 years Process Plant maintenance experience
• 2 Years applied Supervisory Experience
• Specific knowledge through exposure to Valves in the industry and their applications
• Valve Refurbishment Experience
• Drivers Licence Required

• MS Office Suite
• Demonstrate ability to drive results through direct reports
