A leading financial services organization, guided by principles of Integrity, Accountability, Excellence, and Innovation, is seeking a dedicated Business Systems Administrator (Salesforce) to join its Information & Communications Technology (ICT) team.
This high-impact role assumes primary responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the Salesforce environment. Its a chance to drive initiatives that streamline workflows, automate processes, and optimize platform effectiveness in alignment with strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Configuration & Development Leadership: You will customize, configure, and develop the platform, utilizing advanced automation solutions such as Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes. This includes creating and maintaining custom objects, fields, and apps.
- System Integrity & Management: Serve as the expert on user management, security settings, login policies, and core administrative functions (reports, dashboards). You'll actively monitor system health, manage releases, and resolve configuration and system issues proactively.
- Data & Modelling: Design and implement custom data models where standard structures are insufficient and maintain data integrity through deduplication and cleansing.
- Support & Collaboration: Provide first-line technical support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training and guidance to end-users to drive platform adoption. You will partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Qualification and Experiences:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Salesforce Certified Administrator).
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Salesforce Administration and release management.
Technical Knowledge:
- Proficiency in customizing, configuring, and developing the Salesforce platform using languages like Apex and Visualforce.
- You must be able to work with and troubleshoot existing integrations using APIs and Web Services.
