Shift supervisor - fmcg (mobeni)
MPRTC Durban
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 (Compulsory)
- Diploma or Degree in a related field (Preferred)
- 12 years of supervisory experience in a production environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Role-Specific Competencies:
- Experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment
- Ability to analyse and report on operational data
- Effective under pressure and adaptable to change
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong scheduling and organisational abilities
- Solid understanding of workplace safety standards
- Accuracy in completing written records and reports
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Compliance with health and safety standards, including daily upkeep of the production area
