HEALTH & SKINCARE THERAPIST (BODY & SKIN FOCUS)
STELLENBOSCH - W-CAPE (South Africa), ZA
START: ASAP / 01 September 2026REPORT TO: Spa Manager / General Manager
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday - Sunday
- Hospitality trading (includes all major holidays)
- 08:00am - 18:00pm
- Shifts rotate based on peak season
- Days off each week
REMUNERATION & BENEFITS:
- R8,500 - R10,000 Basic Salary p/m (Based on Experience & Skills)
- Tiered Services Commission
- Retail Commission
- Gratuities & Performance incentives
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- South African citizen
- Based in or directly around Stellenbosch with reliable transport (including weekends and public holidays)
- DIPLOMA Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology (2-year Diploma minimum)
- CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation in Spa and Wellness
- Employment experience obtained post-grad
- Cruise ship / 5-star Hotel Spa experience is preferred
- Confident all-rounder with a special interest in Wellness, Holistic therapies and rejuvenating therapies
- Confident in prescribing retail and homecare to your clients
- Skilled and confident in both Skin Care and Body Care, including:
- Facials and Skin Analysis
- Advanced Skin Care & Aesthetics - BONUS
- Body Therapies including Massage
- Waxing Face & Body
- Manicure & Pedicure including Gel Polish
- Slimming Treatments - BONUS
- Body Wraps & Scrubs - BONUS
