We are looking for a detailâdriven Internal Sales and Tender Administrator who can confidently manage endâtoâend sales support, tender administration, and contract pricing while supporting external sales and internal stakeholders with professionalism and precision.
What Youll Be Responsible For:
- Managing endâtoâend tender and quote administration, from sourcing and reviewing tender requirements to compiling compliant submissions and tracking outcomes.
- Handling internal sales administration for contract and key account customers, including quotations, order processing, and followâups.
- Managing contract and pricing administration, including price updates, cost calculations, and maintaining accurate pricing records.
- Supporting external sales representatives with pricing support, reporting, documentation, and internal coordination.
- Driving order, contract, and delivery followâthrough by liaising with production, procurement, and logistics teams.
- Preparing sales, tender, and contract performance reports using Excel and internal MIS systems.
- Maintaining accurate, clean, and auditable sales, tender, and contract documentation.
- Supporting sales and marketing initiatives where they directly contribute to revenue growth or contract retention.
What Youll Need to Succeed:
- Matric (with a relevant Sales, Administration, or Business qualification advantageous).
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an internal sales, sales administration, or tender administration role.
- Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, or miningârelated environments will be highly advantageous.
- Strong experience with quotations, pricing, contracts, and tender documentation.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail with a complianceâdriven, deadlineâfocused mindset.
- Excellent organisational and followâthrough skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear, professional communication skills and a proactive, solutionsâdriven approach.
