Key roles and responsibilities:
- Submission of CIPC Annual Returns
 - Submission of Beneficial Ownership Register (BOR) reports
 - Payroll processing
 - Basic bookkeeping (Pastel knowledge would be an advantage)
 - Filing and general administrative duties
 - Collecting information from clients
 - Loading eFiling returns and payments
 - Client follow-ups and calls
 - Own Transport - Willing to go to clients; fetch and deliver books from clients etc. [We will reimburse travel costs].
 
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven Work experience as a Financial Administrator
 - Matric

- Previously worked in financial industry
 - Pastel Knowledge
 - Excel, Word, Email
