National IT Distribution Company is seeking a motivated and experienced IT Sales Consultant (Telesales) to join our dynamic sales team. If you have a passion for technology, strong product knowledge, and a drive to exceed sales targets, we would love to hear from you.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 – 4 years’ experience in IT Distribution sales
- Solid knowledge of IT products (hardware, software, networking, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification
- Computer literate
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and promote a wide range of IT products
- Handle email and telephonic customer queries professionally
- Prepare, follow up on quotations, and process sales orders
- Manage and grow an allocated customer base
- Cold call and acquire new clients on an ongoing basis
- Attend all required product and sales training sessions
- Maintain daily customer call logs
- Update and manage customer databases regularly
- Develop and implement sales plans for key accounts and product groups
