Financial Manager

Are you a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience managing end‑to‑end financial operations? This is a senior Financial Manager opportunity for a confident leader who can take full accountability for the finance function and partner with the business at an executive level.

The Financial Manager will lead the full finance department, overseeing reporting, compliance, controls, and strategic financial planning. This role requires a strong, hands‑on leader with deep financial expertise and the ability to support business growth through accurate insight and disciplined financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for monthly management accounts and reporting
• Preparation and review of annual financial statements
• Oversee tax, VAT, and statutory submissions
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
• Implement and maintain strong financial controls and governance
• Manage and develop the finance team
• Provide strategic and commercial financial insight to senior management

Experience:

• BCom Degree minimum (Accounting / Finance)
• 7+ years relevant financial experience
• Proven Financial Manager experience
• Strong background in reporting, compliance, and controls
• Experience managing a finance team
• Exposure to commercial or operational environments advantageous

Systems & Technical Skills:

• ERP / accounting systems experience
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
