Job Description

You will:

• Implement and enforce quality standards aligned to project and client requirements
• Conduct internal and external audits, including compliance and surveillance audits
• Manage and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO compliance
• Perform site inspections, snagging, and quality reporting
• Issue and track NCRs and corrective actions
• Monitor risk indicators and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure proper document control and audit readiness across projects
• Support project teams to achieve high-quality workmanship and compliance standards

• Tertiary Degree / Diploma
• Engineering council of South Africa (Advantageous)

• Minimum 5+ years technical and managerial experience
• Strong auditing, reporting, and analytical skills
• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Advanced SharePoint and document management capability
• Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers licence
• Willingness to travel extensively between sites
• Proven experience within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of SharePoint and ability to conduct online audits
• Experience in project collaboration across multiple sites and teams
