Job Description

Reporting to the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for the following key duties:

  • Assist with Tenders Procurement, Manage tender processes, evaluate bids, and negotiate with contractors and suppliers
  • Drawing up BOQs and payment certificates, monitor expenses, manage variations, and ensure projects stay within budget throughout construction
  • Prepare detailed cost plans, estimates, and feasibility studies for construction projects
  • Dealing with number of projects at a time
  • Draft, review, and oversee contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and project requirements
  • Monitor expenses, manage variations, and ensure projects stay within budget throughout construction
  • Prepare progress reports, conduct valuations, and settle final project accounts
Qualifications
  • 2 3 years exp in a QS role
  • Any QS qualification or Construction Management
Skills
  • MS Office / CCS knowledge will be beneficial as it is similar to their own system, training will be provided
