What Youll Be Doing:
Campaign Delivery & Account Management: Implement search strategies across a range of client accounts
Oversee ongoing SEO performance and identify growth opportunitiesDevelop monthly action plans and ensure timely rollout
Keep clear records of completed work and upcoming priorities
Contribute insights for quarterly performance discussions
Technical Optimisation: Perform in-depth site audits using industry tools
Diagnose and resolve indexing, crawling, and site health issuesCreate clear technical briefs for development teams
Validate and test SEO updates after deployment
Track website performance metrics, including page speed and UX signals
Content & On-Site Optimisation: Conduct keyword research aligned with user intent
Structure keyword targeting across site pagesImprove metadata, headings, internal linking, and page structure
Guide content creation through detailed briefs
Enhance existing content to increase search visibility and engagement
Monitor rankings and user interaction data
Authority & Link Development: Assist with outreach and backlink acquisition initiatives
Analyse backlink profiles and identify risks or opportunitiesBenchmark competitor authority strategies
Track improvements in domain strength and referral signals
Local Search Optimisation: Manage and optimise business listings
Ensure consistency across directory citationsSupport strategies for increasing customer reviews
Monitor and improve local search rankings
Reporting & Insights: Produce clear, data-driven monthly reports
Track key metrics including rankings, traffic, and conversionsHighlight trends, opportunities, and potential risks
Maintain accuracy across all reporting platforms
Collaboration: Partner with content creators to refine SEO-driven content
Work closely with developers on technical updatesShare insights with paid media teams to align search efforts
Support client-facing teams with actionable performance insights
Participate in internal review and strategy sessions
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency background advantageous)
- Proven track record of improving organic performance metrics
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices across technical, content, and authority building
- Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, and reporting dashboards
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic website structures
- Working knowledge of HTML fundamentals
- Advanced spreadsheet skills for data analysis and reporting
