Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage and develop a high performing call centre sales team
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve and exceed targets
- Monitor performance and implement strategies for improvement
- Work closely with business owners on growth and performance strategies
- Minimum 510 years experience in a call centre environment
- Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to lead from the front
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach and develop individuals into top performers
- Results-driven mindset
