Overview:
We are seeking a mature, reliable, and professional Cleaning & Reception Assistant to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for an experienced individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized environment while also confidently supporting basic front-desk responsibilities when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a high standard of hygiene
- Ensure all office areas, restrooms, and communal spaces are clean and well-presented
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed
- Assist with basic reception duties when required, including:
- Welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Receiving and managing deliveries and parcels
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Adhere to company health and safety standards
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or similar roles
- Matric certificate (advantageous)
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and maturity
- Ability to multitask and adapt between cleaning and reception duties
- Trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility
