Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

• Masters degree in Electronic Engineering.
• 10+ Years of experience in a relevant field.
• Own transport.
• Proficiency in Matlab, Ansys HFSS, Altium.
• Skills: Leadership, Requirement Management, System Engineering, Product Development, Document Writing Skills.

Beneficial requirements:

• Strong knowledge of RF theory, electronic and antenna design, wireless communication, radar systems, signal processing, and regulatory compliance.

Duties and responsibilities:

It combines technical expertise with leadership to solve complex RF challenges. The applicant can contribute in all those areas and will be challenged with exiting problems to solve.

• Lead RF Engineering Team.
• Define Architecture of Radar and Radio Products.
• Technical Oversight.
• Strategic Planning.
• Define and Model Requirements of Radar and Radio Products.
• Quality Assurance.
• Contribute to RF Designs.
• Review RF Designs.
• Contribute to Patch Antenna Designs.
• Mentorship.
• Design Authority for RF Products.
• Conflict Resolution.
• Project Management Experience.
• Research and Development: Keeping up with industry advancements.
• Regulatory Compliance.
• Process Owner.
