Duties:

  • Leading and overseeing all aspects of a branch's operations, including:
  • Managing staff,
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction,
  • Achieving financial goals.
  • Hiring, training, and evaluating employees,
  • Developing and implementing sales plans and marketing strategies.
  • Building relationships with customers, vendors, and the community.
  • Route planning & analysis
  • PODs
  • Fleet

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education (Degree / Diploma)
  • Management experience (including OPS)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & teambuilding skills
  • Sales ability / experience
  • Customer & staff relationship building
  • Experience with disciplinary matters / knowledge of Labour laws
  • Motivated, energy, enthusiasm & passion for the job
  • Runway potential for growth
  • PC Experience (Freightware/E-mail/Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
  • Finance & budget experience
