Financial Accountant

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting the business with meaningful financial insights. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full finance function
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Perform reconciliations and maintain the general ledger
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Support audits and year-end reporting processes
- Provide financial insights to support business and investment decisions
Job Experience & Qualifications:
- BCom degree essential
- Proven experience in the full finance function
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Forward-thinking mindset with commercial acumen
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
