Job Description

Reporting to the Contracts Manager you will be respo0nsible for the following key duties:

• Maximise commercial performance by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards
• Take full ownership of project delivery, from planning to completion
• Ensure all site operations are carried out safely and in compliance with environmental regulations
• Oversee quality control to deliver defect-free work aligned with project specifications
• Manage project programmes and prepare weekly/monthly progress and forecast reports
• Coordinate procurement and resource planning to ensure timely availability of materials and labour
• Lead stakeholder communication, including reporting to clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site staff to maintain productivity and workflow
• Support audits, site reporting, and HR compliance, including attendance tracking and documentation.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing KPIs, SOPs, and continuous workforce motivation

• BSc/BTech/Diploma Building / Construction Management

• 3+ Years of relevant site experience as a Site Agent on residential projects;
• Some 10 yrs construction exp
• MS Project / CCS pref
