LIFE INSURANCE SALES CONSULTANT – TELESALES | CONTRACT
Location: Cape Town (Western Cape)Employment Type: Contract
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Life Insurance Sales Consultant to join a leading financial services environment on a contract basis.
Minimum Requirements- Matric
- Diploma in a relevant field
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in Life Insurance
- Proven experience selling Life Insurance products
- Previous telesales/contact centre sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Strong sales and closing ability
- Excellent objection-handling and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused and professional
- Target and results driven
- Strong listening and relationship-building skills
- Resilient and comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment
- Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Life Insurance solutions
- Present products and benefits clearly and professionally
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively
- Convert sales opportunities and achieve set targets
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information
- Adhere to sales, quality and compliance standards
