Quality Inspector

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and scheduled inspections of racking and shelving installations at client sites.
• Identify defects, damages, or non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, including photographic evidence and compliance checklists.
• Advise customers on safe usage, load capacities, and maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to arrange for repairs and installations to be done.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients post-installation.
• Ensure compliance with SEMA and local occupational health and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and follow-ups.
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering professional after-sales service.

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent; technical certification in engineering, safety, or related field preferred.
• Experience in racking, shelving, or warehouse equipment inspection preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and load-bearing standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential hazards.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to client sites.
