We are looking for a candidate with a completed BDegree, preferably an Honours.
Minimum 10 years senior Collections Call Centre Operations experience, where you have had managers reporting into you.
Candidate must have extensive experience with large Collections call centres and be knowledgeable in the following areas:
- Inbound call centres (voice)
- Non voice solutions
- Tracing
- Working with alternative collection strategies
- Dealing with distressed accounts and knowledge of the legal process
- Knowledge of dialers and campaign management
